The investment pressure in quality tourism is enormous, as are the demands of guests. All this has to be financed
and earned again. This is precisely why there are numerous funding instruments that support projects aimed at creating new capacities and improving the quality of existing hotel and tourism facilities. And all this by means of non-repayable grants, low-interest financing including possible assumption of liability.
Of course, projects aimed at digitization and improving environmental sustainability or energy efficiency are also high on the “funding menu.” Especially in the preparation and planning of such ambitious investment projects, one should take a look at what the public sector has to offer.
